A rare one-of-a-kind piece, "Little Red Riding Hood," made between 1911 and 1915, in the extraordinary size of just under 60 cm. This specimen is most likely a custom-made showpiece. Features a felt head, a STEIFF button, an elongated “f,” small blue glass eyes, and long, implanted mohair hair. Dressed in the original German Little Red Riding Hood outfit: a red hooded coat, a matching red dress with lacing, and matching shoes—one of the rarest doll models from this production period, “Kegelmann Collection” Condition: Overall very nice, largely original condition. Minor damage to the felt in a few isolated spots.
